REALLY? Seriously? The Polians?

Mr. Irsay needs a full physical, I fear he as lost his senses.   Mr. Polian built this team, Just when it is aging and needs retooling you send away the geniuses that helped you win 12+ a year for years? And replace them with whom?  Yourself?

Irsay has been increasingly visible and he may well keep Caldwell as a coach he can totally control and become an owner/gm/meddler like Jerry Jones. Or Dan Snyder?  How’s that working, by the way?
